General surgeon violates Hippocratic Oath, Medical Council comes down heavily on him

A general surgeon was recently held negligent for several lapses in performing a procedure to treat a seventy-year-old patient’s hernia. The State Consumer Commission took cognizance of following observations made by the Delhi Medical Council before holding the doctor guilty.
