The patient’s left leg sustained severe injuries in a horrible road accident. Open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) with anterolateral LCP plating was performed by the orthopaedic surgeon.
Unfortunately, the patient developed compartment syndrome. The doctor performed fasciotomy.
