She had filed over 20 complaints against different doctors and hospitals. This was one more — but it didn't land the way she hoped.

The case involved her 25-year-old son, who had consulted a doctor at a well-known Mumbai hospital. After a few investigations were advised, the patient simply didn’t return. Two days later, the mother showed up — alone — with reports in hand, demanding that the doctor suggest the next course of treatment.

The doctor refused.
